Alien Health


A Kinect-based exer-game created to both instruct in nutrition and encourage youth to exercise. The game instructs on nutrition and gets learners out of their seats where thye are exposed to the five main macronutients. Players received practice on rapid decision making that will serve them well when they must make quick choices about which food item to grab in real life (e.g., in a cafeteria line).
